Both bedrooms have queen beds and there is a pull-out queen sofa in the living room for weekend guests. All beds have Allerease pillows.
The kitchen has all you need to make a full meal and there is an eat-in dining table that can accommodate up to 6 people. Enjoy the spacious back yard, playing ladder toss (included), grilling and eating out on the back deck, or head out front and relax on the front porch. The living room has a smart TV and games (included). The fireplace in the living room is ornamental only, please do not use. The home also has a washer and dryer. Utilities are included, including Spectrum Internet. There are driveways on both sides of the home, for parking up to 3 cars, including 1 car inside the gate. Please note that while there is a garage located in the backyard, this garage is not available for use by renters. Pets will be considered for leases of 3+ months with an additional one time $250/pet fee.
