Hey! My name is Jim and I own a 4 BR/ 4 BA condo at University Village, Apt 142A. I currently have guys living there the current school year. Need renters after dates above.... Rent per room will be $520 a month for year lease (shorter term rates are available at slightly higher rates). All utilities including water, sewer, electricity are included in that amount. Cable is not included but available. Wireless internet is through MyCampusNet. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom. There is a washer-dryer closet in the study/sun room for your use. We have a furnished kitchen and living room/common area. Bedrooms are furnished by the tenant. Bathrooms have vinyl floors, water saving toilets, shower curtain rod (shower curtain by tenant) and a pull down shower head. Common kitchen has ceramic tile. Remaining common area has floating wood laminate plank flooring. All bedrooms have carpet. All flooring in the kitchen, common area, bathrooms and bedrooms is recently installed. Ceiling fans lights in each room. Amenities: AC, Parking lot adjacent to unit, unit located on ground floor, Complex Common Activity Areas (Gym, Pool, TV and computer room), Cable or Satellite, Dishwasher, Internet Access, Parking, Storage, Washer Dryer NO PETS PLEASE.
There is additional room at the complex for vehicles if more than 1 vehicle. Currently parking is not assigned. Renter responsible for renters insurance.
